Loan Approval

Loan approvals are conditional commitments to fund a loan. Some loans have closing requirements that must be fulfilled before you loan’s closing date. These requirements must be met in order to obtain a clear approval.

Once all requirements have been met, and you have a clear approval, a closing date will be set between our closing department and you, the borrower. A closing statement (HUD1) and other documents will be prepared and presented to you at the closing.
